What is Pre-painted Aluminum Coil?
Pre-painted aluminum sheet coil refers to high-quality aluminum substrate that is coated with one or multiple functional layers of paint through an advanced roll coating process. This ensures that the aluminum coil already has the required decorative and weather-resistant properties before leaving the factory. Compared with traditional spray-coating methods, pre-painting achieves more uniform coating, stronger adhesion, and more stable surface performance, while also enabling mass production.
What is PVDF?
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) coating is a premium metallic coating system developed with special ceramic pigments and fluoropolymer resins. It is designed for high-end applications where superior weather resistance and durability are required. PVDF coating systems usually come with a 30-year limited warranty from the paint manufacturer.
