The 3105 aluminum plate is essentially a 98% aluminum alloy, which belongs to the AL-Mn series alloy. The addition of manganese makes it have good rust resistance and good electrical conductivity. The aluminum content is 98%. 0.3% copper element, so the electrical conductivity can reach 41%; 3105 aluminum plate cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, so cold working method is used to improve its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in the annealed state, and the plasticity is good when it is hardened by semi-cold work. When hardened, it has low plasticity, good corrosion resistance, good weldability and poor machinability.
