1100 3003 5052 5005 Color-coated aluminum strip coil
The raw material of color-coated aluminum strip coil is pure aluminum or aluminum alloy, which is rolled into thin aluminum coils of different thicknesses and widths by cold rolling mill. According to its use, the slitting machine divides the strip longitudinally into aluminum strips of different widths. It can be applied to transformer aluminum strip (transformer aluminum foil), hollow glass aluminum strip, radiator aluminum strip, cable aluminum strip, stamping aluminum strip, etc.

Color-coated aluminum coil coating types:
The coatings of color-coated aluminum coils are mainly the following:
1. Polyester coating (PE): good adhesion and weather resistance, suitable for indoor use.
2. Polyvinylidene fluoride coating (PVDF): excellent weather resistance, UV resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor use.
3. Epoxy resin coating: good wear resistance, mostly used for food packaging, chemical containers, etc.
Coating process:
The coating process of color-coated aluminum coils usually includes the following steps:
1. Pretreatment: degreasing, cleaning and chemical conversion treatment of the aluminum strip surface to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.
2. Coating: primer, topcoat and protective paint are applied to the surface of the aluminum strip by roller coating.
3. Baking: baking and curing at high temperature to make the coating firmly adhere to the surface of the aluminum strip.
4. Cooling: cooling after the coating is cured to ensure stable coating quality.
Color-coated aluminum strip has the advantages of aluminum plate such as high mechanical strength, good toughness, and easy processing and forming, and has the good coloring, decorativeness, and corrosion resistance of organic polymer coating materials. It can be easily processed by punching, bending, deep drawing, welding, etc. The products made are practical, decorative, easy to process, and durable.
